Seybert Retreats are Memorable, Innovative, Customized and Focused on Your Objectives
The dirt on most retreats is the let down that occurs about two weeks after your group comes down from the mountain top.
I love doing retreats so much that I want you to invite me back year-after-year, so my goal for your retreat extends FAR BEYOND the few days we’ll spend together. You’ll leave the retreat with a set of ACTION ITEMS and I will bug you to provide ME with updates until I see that the stuff we talked about is actually being done.
New ideas aren’t worth the flip chart paper they’re written on if they don’t lead to action and increased performance.
I’ve done retreats for large and small companies, non-profits and for-profits. Executive teams, sales teams, cross-functional teams. And in some pretty amazing places – including a tiny little island 45 kilometers off the coast of Nicaragua. Getting there (in a 20 foot Panga boat) was an adventure in itself.
