The assignment was to conduct a Strategy Audit and do some Executive Coaching for the Century 21 real estate office in Nicaragua. I was able to visit the country three times over the course of the two-year project and my first trip included this ride on a 20-foot panga boat to Little Corn Island, a tiny piece of sand 45 kilometers off Nica’s eastern coast.

Keep in mind while watching this that I have never learned to swim and am helpless in water much deeper than a hot tub. Yes – I will go anywhere and do (just about) anything to help people think differently.
